ART ON LOCATION:
SEE, FEEL, DECIDE.
The mobile gallery of UMO Art & Design.
You don't choose a work of art with your eyes alone .
You choose it in relation to light, scale, material, sightlines, and atmosphere.
That is exactly why we are so enthusiastic about Umo Art & Design. With their mobile gallery, they bring interior art directly to the location. No endless searching, no guesswork based on a screen, but experiencing art in the space for which it is intended.
That makes the process not only clearer, but above all much stronger. For only when a work stands next to the sofa, hangs in the hallway, or is placed opposite the dining table do you see what it truly does.

For our projects, art is never an afterthought. It is often the element that makes an interior personal, layered, and distinctive. The right choice brings tension, depth, and character. The wrong choice? That feels mostly like decoration. And that, as is well known, is not what we are here for.
Studio 1001 PROJECTS 3 favorites from the collection
1. Three Women Wall Sculptures — Philips Collection
These three abstract wall sculptures have an almost architectural presence. Bold, serene, and refined all at once. Through their vertical form and rough texture, they catch light in a beautiful way, making the shadow almost part of the work.
They hang in our studio hall — and that is exactly why they are a favorite. They set the tone immediately: sculptural, calm, but absolutely not tame.

2. Nature Flow II
A work with movement, depth, and a natural softness. Nature Flow II was on display during The Art of Living and fits beautifully into a serene setting with rich materials: linen, wool, natural stone, dark wood. Not flashy, yet present.

3. Snake Truck
The rust tone and round shapes make Snake Truck exciting and warm. The composition has a graphic, almost rhythmic quality, which immediately adds energy to a space.
Perfect for an interior that deserves warmth but lacks predictability. Think: a calm base, a powerful piece of artwork, and above all, not too much explanation.

Choosing art requires feeling, but also direction.
Choosing art becomes more powerful when you view it not in isolation, but as part of the entire interior.
